What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Once your order is confirmed, we will process your order within two business days. Once you've received your shipping confirmation email, you can expect between 3-5 business days in Canada and between 3-10 business days outside of Canada, depending on where you are living for delivery.

Note: We have no control over the delivery delays of the carriers.

As long as you live on the same planet as us, we ship to your country. We offer free standard shipping! We want people to be part of the change worldwide.

I never received my confirmation order email. What should I do?

You can't find your confirmation email? It can take a few minutes, do not worry. Also, our emails may fall into the ''Promotions” or ''Spam'' folders. If you have placed your order recently, please verify all your email inboxes again in 30 minutes. If you still haven't received one, email clients@solioswatches.com and we will be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will receive an email with all the shipping details. In this email, you will find your tracking number. You can follow your parcel with the tracking number to check the estimated delivery day and the status of your order.
You can also verify the status of your parcel directly from our chat. When you open the chatbox, click on the button "Track your order", follow the steps, and receive the status of your order.

My order has already been shipped; can I still change my address?

If your order has already been shipped, we, Solios Watches, aren't able to modify the address. We encourage you to contact the carrier directly. They are going to be able to help you with this matter. You can find your carrier by following your tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.

If you can't find your shipping information or the carrier your order is with, contact us at clients@solioswatches.com, and we will be able to give you the details.

I received my parcel, but my order is incomplete, incorrect – what do I do?

If the parcel you received doesn't contain exactly what you ordered, please contact our Solios team on our website chat or by email at clients@solioswatches.com. We will do everything in our power to make sure you get the correct product in the shortest delay possible.

My order is marked as delivered but I never received my order, or I can't find my parcel. What should I do?

If your Solios package was shipped and you didn't receive it, we strongly recommend contacting your neighbors, looking in your mailbox, at your building’s reception, and in your backyard.

If you have received your tracking number, we strongly suggest you look at the details directly from the carrier tracking page and contact the carrier. Your carrier will have more information about the status of the delivery. You will be able to open an investigation regarding your parcel if necessary. You can find your tracking number and carrier in the shipping confirmation email. When you have completed these steps, we invite you to contact Solios with all the details you have received from the carrier. This way, we will be able to help with the problem if needed.

Solios Watches is not responsible for package loss or theft once your order has been expedited from our warehouse. Please make sure to double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

Can I personalize or customize my products?

Yes, engraving your watch is now possible! We do our in-house engraving, which does not increase the delivery time. You can add your custom engraving when on the product’s page. Add your personal touch or give an unforgettable gift.

The item I want is out of stock, what should I do?

Don’t worry, we are expecting a delivery to our warehouse in the coming weeks. If you wish to be notified when it arrives, please send an email to clients@solioswatches.com with the subject “Notify me when available”, and mention the product you want to get. As soon as it is back in stock, we will notify you.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept almost all payment options: American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, Shop Pay and Seezle.

Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery for all products purchased directly on our website. The products must be unused and in their original packaging.

To proceed, we invite you to access our return and exchange portal and follow the instructions provided. If you experience any difficulties with the portal, please contact us at clients@solioswatches.com and provide your order number. We will be happy to assist you with your request.

Please note that engraving is non-refundable, and fees may apply for an exchange with a higher-priced item.

Solios is not responsible for products lost or stolen during the return delivery process.

What should I do if I received the wrong order?

If your package does not match your order, please contact us at clients@solioswatches.com and provide your order number along with a photo of the received items. We will do our best to ensure that you receive the correct order as soon as possible.

Have you received my package?

Upon receiving your package, we proceed to analyse the watch to validate that it is in its original condition. You will then receive a confirmation email for the exchange or refund.

Processing received packages may take up to 5 business days.

When will I receive my refund?

After processing your return, you will receive a confirmation email for the refund. Please note that the refund will be made through the same payment method used initially, and it may take 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be credited to your bank account.

Product Details

My watch stopped – what do I do?

Please make sure that the crown is pushed all the way in. If it doesn't help, maybe your watch needs a little bit of light. Follow the instructions below:

Expose your watch to the sun for 5-6 hours, if there is no sun, you can put it under a desk lamp for 24 hours. Then, set the watch to the correct time and check that it works well, and keeps track of the time. If your watch is still in the same position after 15 minutes, please contact us at clients@solioswatches.com or on the web-chat and we will be happy to assist you.

How can I swap my strap?

We have a tool-free quick-release function on all straps. Just pull the pin towards the center of the band, and it becomes free to move!

Where are your products made?

We work with partners from all over the world! Our goal is to improve our processes continuously. Unlike a standard quartz watch that works with a single supplier, we have around ten that we have carefully selected and visited.

Solar technology and the movement come from Japan, and the watch is assembled in Hong Kong. We work with suppliers from Switzerland and the United States for the straps. Our cardboards are made in Quebec, and our packaging is produced by hand in Montreal. Finally, we receive all the components at our Montreal office and examine all the pieces carefully. We then proceed with the final assembly of the watch and ship your order from Montreal.

Are Solios watches waterproof?

Our Mini Solar and Solar watches are water-resistant up to 3 ATM and our Solar Curve watch is water-resistant up to 5ATM, but it is important to know that in the watch industry, 3 or 5ATM is not a measure of distance but a measure of pressure. In other words, the pressure caused by diving in a swimming pool can be higher than a diver that is 30 or 50 meters deep. This means, that if you swim or go in the water with your watch, it can cause damage to your watch.

Although the watches are Splash proof, Solios does not recommend showering or swimming with your watch.

Always make sure that the crown on the side is fully seated, water infiltration often comes from this source.

IMPORTANT: Water infiltration is not covered in the warranty.

Which movement type is used in Solios watches?

A solar Japanese movement. It has the highest precision, is durable, doesn't require maintenance to change a battery, and uses renewable energy.

What material do you use for the watch glass?

The glass of the Mini Solar and the Solar watch is made of hardened mineral glass with a sapphire coating, and an anti-reflection coating. It has better reflective, strength, and clarity properties.

The Solar Curve is topped with an Infinity Sapphire Crystal. It offers more scratch resistance and the visual clarity is enhanced.

Please note that a damaged glass/crystal is not covered under the 36 months warranty.

How long is the battery life of my watch?

The battery life of your watch is over 50 years. That’s right, you can recharge your watch for at least 50 years.

That’s approximately 25 times longer than a regular watch battery.

It will take around 2hrs to fully recharge your watch under the sun. Its power reserve is about six months. It charges even under artificial light. Place it under a lamp for 24 hours for a full recharge!

How do you change the time?

It is super easy, simply follow these 3 steps and you will be able to change the time:

Step 1: Firmly (but gently) pull the crown towards you. The second “click” is the right one.

Step 2: Turn the crown until you have the right time – or wrong time, that’s really up to you.

Step 3: Push the crown in. There you go, you now have the right time on your Solios.

Are your watches unisex?

Most of our models are unisex, but we do have some models that are built for men and others for women. You will be able to find out the different models we offer on the Men and Women pages.

Can I use all Solios straps on all Solios watches?

Absolutely! You only have to match the right size strap to the correct size dial:

Mini Solar and Solar:
- a 12mm strap goes with a 29mm dial.
- an 18mm strap goes with a 36mm dial.
- a 20mm strap goes with a 40mm dial.

Solar Curve:
- the 18mm strap goes with the 40mm Solar Curve.
-the 12mm strap goes with a 32mm Solar Curve mini.


It goes for both eco vegan leather and mesh straps.
Eco vegan leather strap: make sure to choose the proper buckle colour according to the colour of your watch case.

Do you sell straps separately?

Can I use Solios straps on other watch brands?

Absolutely! All our straps are made in standard sizes. You only have to find watches with 12mm, 18mm and 20mm openings for the straps.

However, they will never look as good as on their original watches ;).

Mesh Straps

How to adjust your mesh strap?

You will see it is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Follow these steps to adjust your strap for a perfect fit.
1- Use an item with a thin prong, like a fork, to pop the clasp open.
2- Now that the clasp is unlocked, slide it to the desired size.
3- Align the line on the buckle with one on the strap.
4- Close the clip in place. You are now ready to enjoy your Solios.

Is the mesh strap water and sweat-proof?

The mesh strap is water-resistant. Don't worry about discoloration in contact with water. Our mesh strap is made with thick and ionic dyes. Your watch won't lose its shine over time. Our stainless steel in 316L is known to be robust and last through time.

You can work out with your watch on your wrist. The sweat won't discolor the mesh strap. But if you rub the strap on hard material, often the strap may lose some color.

However, it is therefore possible for jewellery made from this material to blacken due to corrosion. If you wear your jewellery frequently when you have particularly acidic skin, you may not be able to prevent the reaction from occurring. If you see black spots becoming embedded in the structure of your strap, we invite you to read "How can I clean my mesh strap?" tread. You can find it below in our FAQ.

How can I clean my mesh strap?

For a quick clean, use a piece of moistened cotton, an old toothbrush soft, or a microfiber towel to wipe the strap and make sure to wipe it carefully.

If thorough cleaning of your strap is required, we do have a few options for you. All you need is a few tools and ingredients from your kitchen. In terms of cleaning and deoxidizing products, you can resort to lemon juice, toothpaste, white vinegar, and baking soda.

1- Toothpaste: Just use a minimal amount of mild toothpaste and a soft toothbrush to clean the mesh straps. Lightly dampen a piece of cotton with water to remove all the toothpaste once you've lightly brushed it. Take a sponge or a microfiber service to dry your bracelet.

2- Lemon juice and white vinegar: Both are effective separately or together. However, we recommend that you use them at the same time so that the smell of vinegar does not bother you too much. The juice of half a lemon should be enough for your operations. If you have it, you can add white vinegar to it. Dip your mesh strap into the mixture and wait one to two hours, then scrape the infected surfaces with a toothbrush.Take a sponge or a microfiber service to dry your bracelet.

3- Baking soda: Finally, this product does not fail. Pour a large amount of it into a little bit of water and let your strap soak for a few hours. Allow the rust and dust to evaporate in the solution for a few hours before rinsing and drying.

If you have any doubt about cleaning your strap, you should contact your local watchmaker or watch retailer for cleaning products specifically designed for the mesh.

I ordered and received a mesh strap, but the strap is slightly twisted.

Don't panic. The twist will not be visible when worn and can be corrected by untwisting it in the opposite direction.

Eco Vegan Leather Straps

What is the butterfly clip?

The Butterfly clip is an addon for the eco vegan leather strap for the 18mm and 20mm straps only. It is a replacement for the original buckle. It makes it possible to adjust your clip to the desired location and thus makes it easier to put on and take off the watch. In addition, it helps to extend the durability of the bracelet.

Is the Eco Leather strap water and sweat-proof?

If we were any other watch company using genuine leather, we would tell you to avoid using water, but that’s not our case.

Our Eco Vegan Leather free of PU and PVC is water and sweat-proof, so you can simply wipe your strap with a piece of moistened cotton to wash it.

Also, as opposed to other types of leather (or vegan leather), our Eco Vegan Leather won’t be damaged after a few months, so do not hesitate to bend your unused straps once in a while.

Don't worry, you can wear your watch with the Eco Vegan Leather strap. The sweat won't damage the strap but over time, it is possible the logo inside the strap slowly disappears because of sweat. Be careful to not rub your strap on hard material, it may damage it over time.

How can I clean my eco vegan strap?

For a quick clean, use a piece of moistened cotton to wipe the strap and wipe it carefully.

What type of leather is used in Solios watches?

An Eco Vegan Leather based on silicone free of solvent, PU & PVC.

It is more resistant than genuine leather it is waterproof, dust resistant, ink resistant, skin friendly, and animal friendly.

It is also recyclable and doesn't use plasticizers, phthalates, heavy metals, or Bisphenol.

Warranty

Do you offer a warranty?

Absolutely! We want people to trust our products and our high-quality standards. Therefore, each watch comes with a 36-month warranty from the date of purchase on our website. It represents an extension of 12 to 24 months compared to most of our competitors' warranties.

Solios guarantees that its watch will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. During this period, the watch movement will be repaired or the watch will be replaced (at Solios' sole discretion) free of charge if it is found to be defective in material or workmanship.

This limited warranty does not cover straps, crown, glass, plating, scratches, water damage, damages caused by an accident or misuse, any alteration, service, or repairs performed by a party other than Solios Watches. Additionally, it should be noted that loss and theft are also not covered by this warranty.

Do you cover accidents?

In case of an accident, Solios offers repair services exclusively for its products. Damages caused by normal use, accidents, or misuse are not covered by the warranty. Therefore, shipping and repair fees apply.

Repair

Do you offer a repair service?

Solios offers a repair service exclusively for its products.

The 36-month warranty following your purchase covers the repair or replacement (at Solios' sole discretion) of the movement of your watch free of charge in case of material or manufacturing defect. However, please note that certain damages caused by normal use, an accident or misuse are not covered by the warranty. Therefore, shipping and repair fees apply.

A two-month delay should be anticipated for the repair of your watch.

What if I no longer have the original packaging?

We request the original packaging only to ensure that the watch is handled safely during the return delivery process. If you no longer have the original packaging, please send your item in bubble wrap packaging, inside a cardboard box (recycled if possible!). It is recommended to include your order number with your package.
